PREAMBLE

 

This Contribution Agreement defines the principles governing editorial contributions made to LUXIRON Editorial International™, an independent editorial initiative founded and directed by Mrs Glamux®.

 

Editorial contributions support the creation, development and publication of original editorial works produced within the initiative.

 

Participation reflects a shared commitment to editorial integrity, professional conduct and creative excellence.

PURPOSE

 

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the relationship between the participant and LUXIRON Editorial International™ regarding editorial participation.

 

Editorial contributions may support, where applicable:

• Editorial Publications

• Editorial Recognition

• Editorial Collections

• Editorial Portfolios

• Digital Editorial Editions

• Annual Editorial Book

• Independent Editorial Projects

EDITORIAL INDEPENDENCE

​

All editorial decisions remain entirely independent.

​

Submission of an application or payment of an editorial contribution does not create any entitlement to:

​​

• publication

• editorial recognition

• inclusion in an editorial collection

• editorial feature

• strategic visibility

• future collaboration

​

​

Editorial discretion remains exclusively under the direction of Mrs Glamux®.

​

​

​

​

PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES

​

Participants agree to:

​​

• provide accurate information

• submit materials they are authorized to use

• respect intellectual property rights

• communicate professionally

• comply with applicable laws

• respect the editorial process

​

​

​

EDITORIAL CONTRIBUTION

​

Editorial contributions support the development of independent editorial work.

​

They contribute to:

​​

• editorial research

• editorial review

• creative development

• writing

• publication

• editorial production

• digital publishing

• long-term editorial initiatives

​

Editorial contributions shall not be interpreted as the purchase of recognition or guaranteed publication.

​

​

PUBLICATION

​

Where applicable, publication remains subject to:

​​

• editorial review

• production planning

• editorial scheduling

• institutional priorities

• publication availability

​

​

Publication dates may change according to editorial requirements.

​

​

​

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

​

Participants retain ownership of the materials they lawfully provide.

​

By participating, they authorize LUXIRON Editorial International™ to use approved materials for the agreed editorial publication, unless otherwise specified in writing.

​

All editorial texts, layouts, visual concepts, publication formats and original creative works produced by LUXIRON Editorial International™ remain the exclusive intellectual property of the initiative and their respective rights holders.

CONFIDENTIALITY

​

Editorial reviews, correspondence and internal discussions may remain confidential.

​

Participants agree to respect the confidential nature of unpublished editorial processes and institutional communications.

LIMITATION OF PARTICIPATION

​​

LUXIRON Editorial International™ reserves the right to:

​​

• accept or decline applications

• suspend editorial review

• postpone publication

• discontinue an initiative

• refuse participation where appropriate

​

​

These decisions remain entirely discretionary.

​

​

​

​

REFUNDS

​

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing, editorial contributions are generally non-refundable once editorial work or production has commenced.

​

Requests may be reviewed individually where exceptional circumstances exist.

​

​

​

​

MODIFICATIONS

​

This Agreement may be revised periodically to reflect editorial developments, legal requirements or institutional evolution.

​

The version published on the official website shall prevail.

​

​

​

​

APPLICABLE LAW

​

This Contribution Agreement is governed by applicable French law.

​

References to Monaco reflect the initiative's international editorial positioning only.
